To add a joint owner to your account, you will need to visit one of our branches or call us at 800-375-3674.

How do I set up direct deposit with my employer?

If your human resources department offers a direct deposit, ask them for their direct deposit form. You’ll typically need to provide them with Resource One’s routing number (311080162), your spending/savings account number, and your account type. You can also set up direct deposit using this direct deposit form.

It typically takes ten business days to receive a debit card or credit card in the mail.

What types of ATM transactions are eligible for an ATM rebate?

With a Prime or Direct spending account, you will receive unlimited ATM rebates up to $5 per transaction. Rebates must be turned in within 30 days and must include a receipt.
